Construction of a new 220,000 square foot combined elementary/middle school facility. Riddleberger partnered with the general contractor in a design/assist role on this project which was procured under Virginia’s PPEA Act. Both the mechanical budget and project schedule were maintained throughout. While the schools function independently, they are served by a common central utilities plant to improve efficiency and save costs.
