2025 United Way Day of Action

RBI team members recently joined forces with the United Way of Central Shenandoah Valley for their annual Day of Action, a community tradition spanning over 30 years.

This year, we had 32 employees spread across seven different project sites, including Connections Early Learning Center, Spotswood Elementary, and Bluestone Elementary. From weeding and planting to building a “tree” and even demoing an outside building, we’re so proud of our team for stepping up, giving back, and supporting the communities where we live and work.
