It’s always a fun day when we get to give tours of our facility! Students from Greene County Technical Education Center and Valley Career & Technical Center got an up-close look at our operations recently when they stopped in for a tour of our facility!
Safety Day
Thank you to all the RBI employees who participated in our Safety Day event on May 16th! We spent the entire day together learning about safe work habits and even received some powerful and impactful information on distracted driving. We appreciate everyone’s commitment to safe work practices.
RBI Sign-On Day
We are excited to officially offer full-time positions to two students from Green County Technical Education Center! Our Construction Operations Manager, Darrell Moubray, recently attended a “sign-on day” for students Adam Hill and Brooklyn Roach, who will be starting with us full-time following their graduation.
Safety Champion – Dwaine Craun
Congratulations to Dwaine Craun, our Safety Champion for the month of April! Dwaine was nominated for performing the Heimlich maneuver on an individual which helped save their life. Thank you, Dwaine, for jumping into action and looking out for others!

We’re always encouraging social responsibility, so it was an incredible honor to see Caleb Jerrels, one of our refrigeration mechanics, demonstrating our core value to “Be Respectful” with his work with Habitat for Humanity.
Welder Spotlight – Andrew and Peyton
In celebration of National Welding Month, we would like to recognize and thank two of our boiler division welders – Andrew Dollarhite and Peyton Smith! Both started at RBI in 2023 and have made such a positive impact on our team so far.
