Employee Spotlight – Tyler Weaver

Today we’re recognizing the IT professionals who keep systems running and teams connected—and giving a special shoutout to Tyler Weaver, our IT Coordinator and current intern.

Since joining RBI in March, Tyler has brought strong focus and a problem-solving mindset to our IT department. He holds an associate degree in Cyber Security and brings additional experience from his service as a Cavalry Scout in the Virginia National Guard, where he supported reconnaissance operations, ensured ammunition safety, and built skills in data analysis and reporting.

We’re proud to have Tyler on our team and grateful for everything he does behind the scenes to keep RBI running smoothly.
