United Way Tools for Schools 2025

RBI was proud to take part in United Way of Central Shenandoah Valley’s annual Tools for Schools event—a community-wide effort to equip local students with the supplies they need for a successful year.

As part of this partnership, our team held a donation drive, collecting backpacks and essential school supplies to contribute to the cause. Thanks to the incredible support across the community, 1,709 backpacks full of supplies were distributed to local students. To add a little extra fun, RBI employees who donated were entered into a raffle, with one winner receiving a paid day off and another taking home a $25 gift card!
