The Elkton Elementary School project includes both renovations and additions for the existing 73,000 square foot, two-story school. Originally constructed in 1939, with multiple renovations in 1973, 1993, and now in 2025, the project includes an addition of 5,000 square feet, plus replacements and upgrades to the entire mechanical and plumbing systems throughout the building. The work will be accomplished via a 7-phase plan that allows normal school functions throughout the school year.

RBI’s work includes:

• New chilled and heating water piping and ducting systems, pumps, and rooftop air handling equipment
• Mechanical room upgrades
• Removal of the existing pneumatic controls and replacement with an updated BAS system
• All new plumbing fixtures throughout
