Happy Retirement, Randy!

Today we gathered to celebrate the retirement of Randy Roberts, who has been an incredible part of the RBI family since 2011. Randy joined RBI after transferring from Colonial Webb and most recently served as the Service Manager for our Winchester Division.

With over 48 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and plumbing, Randy’s knowledge has been unmatched. He has been a trusted guide for countless customers and teammates, and his leadership has left a lasting mark on RBI.

While it’s bittersweet to see him go, we couldn’t be happier for Randy as he begins this next chapter. Thank you, Randy, for your hard work, mentorship, and dedication. You’ve helped make RBI what it is today.
