Congratulations to Chris Best, our latest ACE Award winner!

The ACE Award recognizes team members who demonstrate Attitude, Commitment, and Excellence, and Chris exemplifies all three. Currently serving as an HVAC Technician 3 on our Winchester team, Chris has been with RBI for about a year and a half. He’s known for his calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on any task. He mentors young technicians, models safe practices, and eagerly volunteers for off-hour projects and training opportunities. Chris’s leadership and dedication to his craft make him a true asset to the team.
