Employee Spotlight – Cole Click

To celebrate National Engineers Week we’d like to give a special shoutout to one of our own – Cole Click!

Cole said the engineering field felt like the right fit after enjoying his math and STEM classes in school. He completed a summer internship with us back in 2016 and was offered a full-time position as a project engineer after graduating from college in 2017. After being promoted to Senior Project Engineer in 2021, he now serves as one of our Project Managers.

Cole said his favorite thing about his role is the sense of accomplishment when a project is complete and being proud of it years later. His advice for anyone looking at a similar career? “Try to develop communication and organization skills and always be ready to solve problems.”
