Since joining RBI in 2018, Scott Cox has brought skill, integrity, and leadership to every job he takes on. Starting as a Commercial HVAC Service Tech Level 3 and now serving as a Field Service Supervisor, Scott continues to make a lasting impact on both his team and our customers.
 

“I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and solving mechanical problems,” Scott says. “HVAC stood out as a field that’s both technical and practical, with steady demand and opportunities to grow.”
 

Scott’s commitment to excellence hasn’t gone unnoticed. “He is approachable, professional, and a great advocate for both the company and the customer,” says Eric Hales, General Service Manager. “He’s also a strong mentor to younger team members and a reliable leader.”
