John Jefferson Spotlight

John

Here at RBI, we work with our employees to help them grow in their careers, and today we want to shine a light on the career growth of John Jefferson. John started with us in 2011 as an entry-level Sheetmetal Mechanic and grew into the role of a Sheetmetal Superintendent. When asked about his experience, he said “My favorite thing about working here is the people I work with on both the plumbing and sheetmetal sides. If you’re looking to do mechanical work and want to make a career out of it, this is the place to come.” We appreciate John and are proud to have him on our team.
