RBI was responsible for the installation of the HVAC and plumbing systems for the new two-story, 44,166 square foot bioscience building constructed on the campus of Blue Ridge Community College.

RBI installation work included:

• Two heating water condensing boilers
• Air-cooled water chiller
• Four rooftop air handling units, ducted VAV boxes, and DDC control system
• Water heaters
• Domestic water piping
• Sanitary waste and venting
• Simulated clinical health systems, including air compressor and vacuum pumps in the teaching labs
