Hershey Chocolate Factory underwent new construction of a 45,542 square foot peanut roasting, processing, and storage facility. The project involved installation of heat and chill water, compressed air, and natural gas systems to support roasting, processing equipment, and building conditioning.

RBI installation work included:

• One cooling tower
• Two chillers
• Three condensing boilers
• Two air compressors and dryers
• Two rooftop process air handling units
• Two air handling units
• One makeup air unit
