IIHS underwent a 29,400 square foot expansion to their office and technical spaces along with minor renovations. The addition included new offices, a state-of-the-art conference center, an improved atrium that is open to the upper levels, and a public lobby. The project involved minor renovations to existing offices for engineers, as well as the addition of a large meeting space, offices, and state-of-the-art crash-testing area.

RBI’s role included:

• Renovating some of the existing spaces
• Replacing controls and existing equipment
• Adding climate control capabilities with new rooftop equipment supplying conditioned air to VAV boxes
