Service Team Appreciation Breakfast
We had a great time celebrating together at our annual Service Team Appreciation Breakfast on December 19th! The event gave us the chance to recognize and congratulate the entire RBI service team for their tremendous efforts and contributions during the year.
SkillsUSA Event
Scott Cox and JR Poland from our Winchester service office recently had the honor of serving as judges for a SkillsUSA event at Triplett Tech. Thank you, Scott and JR, for representing RBI and helping foster growth and excellence in the next generation of skilled professionals!
Apprentice Spotlight – Levi McDaniel
Meet Levi McDaniel, a Youth Apprentice here at RBI! Levi joined us in May, working full-time over the summer and now part-time while finishing high school at William Monroe High School. He’s also taken carpentry, welding, and HVAC classes at Greene County Tech Center.

We had a blast at the recent James Madison University football game with this season’s Top Dog experience winner, 9-year-old Lacey from Luray! We are so proud to sponsor the Top Dog experience to give awesome kids like Lacey memories for a lifetime!
