New construction of a 5 story, 99,000 square foot library on the east campus of James Madison University.

Warrenton Aquatic Center

New construction of a 60,000 square foot aquatics facility featuring an indoor competition pool, therapeutic spa, water slide, lazy river, and several fitness areas. The advanced mechanical systems included heat recovery to supplement pool and spa heating.
