AGCVA Food Drive
As a part of AGC of Virginia’s Statewide Food Collection & Design Challenge, our team collected 420 food items to donate to the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. We love being a part of this each year and getting a little creative for a good cause.
November Safety Champions
The Safety Champions for the month of November are Dale Bolton and Tim Harper. Dale and Tim quickly reacted and responded to an employee who was having a medical emergency by getting the employee the needed treatment. Thank you Dale and Tim for taking care of our team!
Halloween Candy Giveaway
This year, we took Halloween to our community! Small bags of treats were delivered to the Harrisonburg Rescue Squad, Inc. and the Sentara RMH Emergency Department to treat them for all the hard work they do for our town. Thank you both!

Excellent Safety Record for 2020
In 2020, RBI went over 50,000 work hours without a single incident. We are incredibly proud of the RBI team for always putting safety first and helping us achieve this award for the 3rd year in a row.
